Message You will have to trace the fuel leak and repair the leak or replace the leaking component. If you dont do this first, then you run the risk of an engine fire is wich case you will not have to worry about the stuttering.

If the fuel leak repair does not also take care of the stuttering, then first thing is to check the ECU for codes. If you have no codes then check all of the main ignition and fuel system connectors for corrosion or loose connection. This would include all coil packs, all injectors, CAS, PTU, MAF, AAC, both battery terminals, and temp sender. Any of these could cause your intermittent problem. Make sure that all connectors are clean ( no green corrosion) and tight (no broken latches). Also make sure to put dielectric grease on the connection points to prevent future corrosion. If all connections are good, then you will want to test each component. There are some great writeups in the FAQ pages for all of these items. Hope this helps.
